Having over 15 years of experience in customer service I am very customer focused and will respond to emails and/or live chat on your behalf to take bookings or messages as required.

All emails will be responded to professionally and within 30 minutes.

I will do this on any day to suit you between the hours of 9.00 - 18.00, Monday to Sunday and there is no limit to the number of emails or chat sessions during the agreed day.

Please note this is an introductory offer and long term contracts can be negotiated.

What the Seller needs to start the work

I will need you to set me up by providing log in details for your email or your live chat system.It would also be beneficial to provide me with a background on your company and guidance with regards to how you would like me to respond (take messages or bookings)
