What you get with this Offer
Vision, determination and courage are clearly some very important aspects of being an entrepreneur - but without a firm understanding of your numbers, all that passion is useless. Worse than that, it's dangerous. Embarking on a journey without understand the financial viability can lead to wasted time, economic loss and ultimate failure.
At a core level, you need to have a general idea of your business's ability to be profitable. Together we will explore this issue to determine financial viability, probable cash-burn and what it will likely take to put you on a path towards profitability.
For Your Consideration, A Bit About My Background...
For the first two decades of my career, I was blessed with the opportunity to work for an entrepreneur that really had no limits to his imagination and courage. During that tenure, I earned a Masters in Business Administration, helped grow a world-class rehabilitation company from 50 employees to nearly 1,000 and merged or acquired dozens of other businesses.
That journey exposed me to virtually every aspect of business management including Accounting (Cost), Accounting (Financial), Budgeting, Business Analysis, Business Coaching, Business Development, Complex Problem Solving, Compliance, Corporate Governance, Executive Leadership, Financial Modeling, Fleet Management, Human Resources, Operational Management, Project Management, Property Development, Property Management, Risk Management, Business Consulting, Strategic Business Planning and Technology Management.
As valuable as all those experiences were, my biggest education actually came from the mistakes I made - and believe me, I made my share - but I learned from every single failure and disappointment. Those lessons made me a better professional and today, I take pride in helping people better understand their business and navigate around avoidable mistakes.
