PA & Admin Support Services
Owner & Virtual Assistant
With evolving technology, it is now possible to outsource tasks that would usually be dealt with by a traditional in-house administrator, secretary or PA; dramatically reducing business costs. I’m currently assisting clients with general admin tasks such as issuing invoices, alongside website, social media and email management. I’m available for both ad-hoc and regular support. Receptionist / UK & Worldwide Travel
As a receptionist, punctuality and reliability are key. It is also important to conduct oneself with professionalism, tact and diplomacy at all times. Within six months, I was given the huge responsibility of arranging all transport for the overseas boarding students to and from the airports for school holidays. This requires impeccable organisation with an extremely high level of accuracy. As receptionist, my main duties include the following:
• First point of contact for all visitors/incoming telephone calls.
• Accepting deliveries from parents and couriers.
• Adminisrtration of morning registration for pupils and investigating absences
Since starting at St Mary’s in 2013, I have reduced my hours to just 3 mornings per week, term-time only.
