What you get with this Hourlie
-An executive summary of the proposed process redesign, including the intended outcomes the process is meant to achieve.
-A flow diagram outlining the new business process including relevant sub-processes. The format can be a traditional flow-chart style diagram or it may include graphic elements to represent functions, resources (like a database), etc.
-A corresponding detailed written outline broken down into steps or phases.
-Recommendations on how to achieve greater efficiencies within the process and how to integrate the process into the existing business structure.
-The report will be delivered as a PDF document. Other file formats, such as a Doc file or separate files for the written portion and diagram elements can be discussed.
What the Seller needs to start the work
I will need the following, either in written format via e-mail or through a phone call or video chat:
-A description of the current process you wish to be redesigned, including the people/departments involved, any tools, equipment or resources involved (if highly technical I may also need a description of what the tool or equipment does).
-A brief statement about the intended outcome(s) for the current process and what you hope to achieve by improving the process.
-Details on what doesn't seem to be working with the current process (i.e. unintended delays, "pain points," lack of communication between departments).
-Any other relevant information that may inform how the process should be improved, such as marketing or strategic goals, compliance restraints or aspects of work culture that affect the people/systems, etc. involved in the process.
