What you get with this Hourlie
I have over 30 years experience in telecommunications, unified communications, call and contact centers. As an independent engineer, I have provided support for many global tech companies relating to their national and internationally-distributed contact centers. I am experienced with Genesys, Avaya, Cisco and Microsoft CRM - and peripheral technologies far too long to list here!

What the Seller needs to start the work
I need the buyer to indicate precisely the vendor technology, platform and solution in question and the audience the training module is intended for. Optionally, if there are training goals, these would be useful to incorporate.
I need to work with a single entity who is responsible for the content and commercial aspects of this Hourlie.
