If your records fall into one of the following categories then this limited time offer exclusive to PPH is for you....
1. Records maintained in simplex D accounts book or similar
2. Records maintained on accounting package, either quick books, clear books or sage
3. Records maintained on spreadsheet
We will request your records either by email or post depending upon the way they are presented, if you require a balance sheet we will provide a list of required information.
Once the records reach us we will compile the accounts, forward accounts drafts, computations and tax return for your approval via email, you simply reply to confirm you are happy and we submit to HMRC and return your business records complete with set of accounts and tax return copies for your records.
The 1 day turn around is subject to all information required being provided from the outset, if you need to post the information we will complete the work on the day of reciept.
What the Seller needs to start the work
Business records for the accounting period
Copy of last accounts (if applicable)
Capital allowance written down values (if applicable)
Your UTR (TAX REFERENCE)
Any other income etc relevent to the tax return(we will provide a checklist to help with this)
