What you get with this Hourlie
I can provide you advice and help you research a prospective trademark - this can be helpful as the application fees for a trademark are often non-refundable.
I will additionally help you identify the appropriate Nice Classes for your mark and the intended application, and provide you with information on anticipated costs, etc. prior to making the application.
Finally, I will search for competing marks and provide advice on if your application is likely to succeed, or if it may be resisted by alternate trademark owners.
My advice is based around the PAKISTAN Intellectual Property Office (IPO) however I have experience with the UK Intellectual Property Office (IPO), US Patents and Trademarks Office (PTO) and the EU IPO and World IPO (WIPO).or other countries, please get in touch and I can get you a quote. I file directly with some authorities. In others, it is mandated to use a local agent but I am well connected across the world.

What the Seller needs to start the work
I need information on your brands (and if it's a logo or figurative, a .jpg file) and the products and/or services you use or intend to use the trademark on. We will make an assessment on whether the trademark is registrable prima facie. I will also need you to be available to confirm any recommendations.
Please also confirm the country scope.
I need to know the applicant (name and address) for any application.
For Registered Designs, I shall need representations of the designs (technical drawings being preferred).
