What you get with this Offer
We can supply for you:
The Preparation & Filing of your Accounts with the HMRC (CT600) & Companies House in Abbreviated Format or in a Full Set in our own Software and in HMRC / CO House recognised format. Nothing will be submitted before the approval of yourself and anyone else who is authorised to do so.
If needed, we can put your accounts into an Accounts Package if you haven't done so already or advise on the best ways to record your data.
Going forward we can offer support and guidance to help you through the year and with any other returns that are required (A separate fee would need to be agreed). We can also offer bookkeeping services.
What the Freelancer needs to start the work
Copy of your accounts (Trial Balance, Sales Data, Nominal Ledger Breakdown, VAT returns, Bank Statements, Credit Card Statements, Payroll Info, Share Capital, Directors details or if you have an on-line access to an accounts package, a temporary login or the relevant P&L and Balance Sheet reports. If this is not your first year accounts then prior year accounts in full with prior year corporation tax workings / filings.
HMRC UTR cumber and the Companies House Authentication Code.
Company Details.
Any other relevant information.
If bookkeeping is needed then please consult before buying as this may include extra fees for the time needed.
