What you get with this Offer

I will optimize your WordPress website without a plugin. There is no need to add bloat to an already bloated site. Get optimum performance metrics from both Google lighthouse and Gtmetrix with custom code within theme files.

Here is an overview of how I will help you:

- Deregister rogue scripts that are not needed by your theme
- Remove jQuery and jQuery migrate without breaking the WordPress admin (That is if your front-end does not use jQuery)
- Remove WordPress emoji styles and scripts
- Preload styles so as to reduce render-blocking and improve first contentful paint.
- Generate critical path CSS to avoid Flash of Unstyled Content when styles have been set to preload. This will ensure Cumulative Layout Shift is kept at a minimum.
- Defer scripts to load after the DOM has finished loading. An exception for jQuery can be added if needed.
- Prevent scripts/styles from loading in specific pages.
-Database optimization.

MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE. Only pay me when the desired performance is achieved.

NOTE:
The above tweaks do not apply to third-party scripts/styles eg Google's gtag.js.
If you want to improve Initial Server Load Time or Time to First Byte, use a better hosting provider or add a CDN.

What the Freelancer needs to start the work

I will need access to your site's theme files. This means I'll need access to your hosting account.
