What you get with this Offer
I can offer a minimum of 1 hour's HR advice which can be given by telephone or email on an area of your choosing.
Perhaps you have a particular employee issue that you would like some advice on, advice on how to handle an investigation process, ideas on recruitment, job descriptions or to start a conversation on some HR project work that you would like completing.
Additional hours can be purchased if required.
Once agreed and an outline of what you are wanting to discuss has been provided to me by email/message I aim to provide your hour within 48 hours, however any additional work booked after this would need to be booked in and agreed under a different timescale.

What the Freelancer needs to start the work
To be able to offer an hours worth of HR advice, support or guidance I will require an outline of what you are looking to discuss, the reason why ie. is there a particular issue in your business, the outcome you are looking for if appropriate, the type of business you have, which industry it operates in and how many employees in writing/email/message.
If you require job descriptions or salary benchmarking I will require the job title, any direct reports, size of team, size of business, type of business/industry
If you require a policy writing I would need to know the type of organisation, industry, size of business, brief overview of culture, whether you have a current policy, any detail that needs to be included e.g. company specific schemes or pay
