What the Freelancer needs to start the work
Only your photo and telling me the style you want. Some styles help me being more realist and more alike, some not, that its important the moment you choose the style you want.
You can choose another styles that aren't in my example, only telling me which is it and providing me examples.
For lips sync I need a WAV, MP3, or any sound file for do the animation.
