I'm afraid this was a rare PPH failure. The work was delivered late due to designer not working on a Sunday - despite having confirmed on the Saturday that he 'will send draft asap'. What was delivered on Monday was not, IMO, in line with the specification of the Hourly.

As in your last message you were so happy to see the final result, As for time kindly read again i mention that in the same day that its Saturday and if possible i will deliver asap otherwise i will deliver first thing on Monday that i do. As for IMO of the offer, i make a good portrait but you said it looks the same as you are and you said there is no crazy effect in that so i just make you elder and give few background options and you were happy. My offer is to make every client happy if in any way you believe my service was not good iam happy to redo the work if you want.
