What you get with this Offer
I will format the letter and/or email, create the mail merge, print and mail the letters and envelopes and/or send emails. File can be all letters, all emails or a mixture of both. I can also send both letters and emails if needed at no additional cost. My price includes an estimate of $60 to cover cost of supplies for 100 letters: first class postage (current price in the US is $.49 per stamp); white business envelopes and standard 8.5x11 white paper. If custom size envelopes and paper are needed, the price will need to be negotiated unless you are providing the materials. If addresses are outside of the US, cost of postage will be more. Also if more than 100 letters are needed, price will need to be adjusted to cover cost of additional postage and supplies. If you only need emails sent, then price will be adjusted since materials/postage would not be needed.
As part of my services, I will proof the letter/email content and data file before merging to check for spelling errors, missing parts of the address (ex: missing zip code) and incomplete emails (ex: missing email domain). I will also send you a sample to approve before mailing. I will notify you of missing information that will prevent successful delivery or mail/email. If you are able to provide the missing information before the mail merge, turn around time should not be affected.

What the Freelancer needs to start the work
Complete list of names including complete mailing addresses and/or email addresses, preferably in Excel or data file compatible with Microsoft Word mail merge; content of letter and/or email; return address to print on the envelope. Data file should include the following columns: Title (optional), First Name, Last Name, Suffix (optional), Company Name (If mailing is to businesses), Street Address (including Apt., Ste. etc), City, State, Zip Code, email address (optional). If addresses are outside of the US, then additional fields (ex: Country) will be needed for complete mailing address.
