What You’ll Receive With This Listing:
A professional, HiRes PDF presentation including…
- Mood board(s) with an inspiration & design story, color palette, furnishings, and material/finish selections for proposed design direction
- 2D floor plan(s) created with AutoCAD or similar for optimal space planning and clear presentation
- Will include ACTUAL specific and readily available product choices, including suggested paint colors and brands. Shoppable items are provided to you on an organized Google Sheet document with clickable links
- I will select and present furnishings and finishes for any space including furniture, accessories, art, soft goods (think towels, bedding, rugs, pillows, linens, curtains), lighting, hardware, plumbing fixtures, paint, tile, wallpaper, flooring etc.
I ALSO PROVIDE:
- Consultations and guidance on creating a well-stocked and practical kitchen - I will tell you what pots, pans, bakeware, dinnerware, silverware, linens, etc that you should buy to have the perfect kitchen. This will also have a shoppable/clickable google sheet
- Consultations and guidance on kitchen and bath design (cabinets, finishes, hardware, sinks, tubs, plumbing, etc.)
- Consultations and guidance on unmovables such as casework and millwork
- Consultations, guidance and recommendations for exterior curb appeal revamps
- Styling advice with BYOF (Bring Your Own Furnishings!). I'll take what you already own and re-style it to bring out its maximum potential!
-Turn your income property into something out of a magazine. Plus expert advice on how to make it the ultimate vacation destination (think creating the perfect, coziest bed that your guests won't want to leave, or stocking the perfect kitchen).

What the Freelancer needs to start the work
- To measure and photograph your space, which you will do yourself with the help of a guide provided by me
- Your budget
- Your ideal style/design direction for this space (also, are there any styles that you DO NOT want to see).
- How do you ideally see yourself using this space? How can it best fit your lifestyle?
- Let me know the architectural style of your house/building and the general design of the rest of the home. This helps me create a cohesive design for your home!
- Are there any stores or retailers off-limits for you?
- Show me any decor, furniture, art, etc. that you might already have that is a “must keep” item.
- Any other requests or items you’d like me to include, feel free to let me know!
My ultimate goal, always, is to design a space that is beautiful yet utilitarian - to create one that completely complements and marries your lifestyle and design style so that it feels like home!
