What you get with this Offer
I have developed a checklist of website elements which involve the collection of personal data. I will review your website against our checklist, ask you additional questions as needed, and deliver a list of recommendations for actions you need to take.
Even if you do not think your website collects any personal data, if your site uses cookies or analytics, you are probably subject to GDPR.
The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) is a regulation by which the European Parliament, the Council of the European Union and the European Commission intend to strengthen and unify data protection for all individuals within the European Union (EU).
Even if data controllers and processors are based outside the EU, the GDPR will still apply to them so long as they’re dealing with data belonging to EU residents.
It will apply in all EU member states (which still includes the UK), from 25th May 2018.
Once the legislation comes into effect, controllers must ensure personal data is processed lawfully, transparently, and for a specific purpose. Once that purpose is fulfilled and the data is no longer required, it should be deleted.
