1. Define Ideal companies - At this stage, we need to understand what is your ideal type of companies. Is it geographically, is it a number of employees, is it some specific industry?
2. Define Ideal positions - once ideal companies are defined, we need to narrow it down to who are your ideal positions within the company.
3. Lead Generation - Once we understand your target companies and ideal positions, we will start screening the web and find them and their contact information.
4. Data validation - Once the list is complete, we will validate all the contacts in order to ensure zero bounce rate.

What the Freelancer needs to start the work
In order to start we need 2 things from you:
1. A filled requirement - we have a questionnaire that covers all important questions for a Lead Generation - what companies, what positions, how many of them.
2. A short Skype talk - Before we start, we must have an inquiry meeting (<30min) to clear up all questions, in order to ensure the highest satisfaction.
