* If you are an architect, an architecture student or only a person who designs and imagines his dreamed house, a building or any type of space and you want to become those projects in a realistic sample, I can help you.
* You only have to send me your plans or hand sketches and I will do the rest.
* Depending on the project complexity and your needs I will choose which program to model, SketchUp or ArchiCAD.
* 5 basic renders are included in this hourlie but if you need better ones, I can make them with Artlantis Studio for another little charge.

What the Freelancer needs to start the work
I only need plans or hand drawings to get started. If it's about modeling an existing property, I will need all the pics possible to have a complete vision of the site.
