Thank you Cheryl! You are a pleasure to work with.
Amazing work with Cheryl. She's great!M
Great working with Cheryl. M
Working with Cheryl is very easy and getting some great results. Recommended
I bought a hourlie for 100 for Cheryl to setup and manage our social media for one week. I am confused because she continued to run out social media over a week and then sent us a $300 invoice. Her work was ok but $300 worth. I feel like she didn't ask questions and posted a lot of things that didn't go along what we asked for. I provided images for our post and she didn't use one. We should have a say so on what we pay for not that the other way around.
Im so sorry you felt this way regarding this campaign. Looking through my reports on your campaign. I can see that your impression rates/ traffic increased by 224.3% over the desired timescale. With 33,241 potential reach of all audiences in the Kansas areas. I did send you over all reports for this project on your last invoice (1st July). I can only assume that maybe a your staff have access to this account and messages and correspondence has been missed or ignored?
There was no setup involved on the campaign as all the logins were sent over to myself on the 2nd June. On the 12th June (2 weeks after the start date) someone at Thinktank sent me images to use on the campaign, so I naturally assumed you wanted me to continue with the campaign. You can find this correspondence in peopleperhour messages.
Throughout these two weeks I have skyped, messaged and emailed Thinktank asking for updates on content, new images and also how they felt this campaign was proceeding. Reports on the marketing campaigns progress were sent on the 1st of July for you to review but again I had no communication from the company.
The payment of £160 was understandably for two weeks work and I fully understand that you only wanted two weeks now. The remaining amounts are null and void. I also have copies off all correspondence if you would like to see it? 90% of it was never replied to.
