Initial candidate telephone screenings - a short targeted call to quickly establish whether the candidate is worth taking to interview stage.
Full competency based candidate interviews (online with visual) + detailed, clear report on experiences, skills, motivation, attitude
Organisation and coordination of face to face interview between candidate and client
Remuneration package negotiations

What the Freelancer needs to start the work
I would propose an initial telephone consultation to learn about your business, company values, current workforce and recruitment outlook. We can discuss your current open vacancies in detail and I would review any exisiting job descriptions that you have. If you know what you need to have managed then I will listen, if you need to pick my recruitment brain for ideas or advice then that's fine too!
