What you get with this Hourlie

The Tcs&Cs are the absolute rule maker for your website or business. There is always someone who will try to dodge their responsibilities or payment if they can find a loophole in your Tcs&Cs. How often do sellers read and understand their small print? This is something that can have a dramatic effect on your bottom line. Many businesses make their T&C's are an afterthought and that really isn't good enough to rely on.

Not understanding or having inadequate terms could cost you thousands in losses.

You may have had your T&C's prepared by a so called professional (or worse still a web designer who doesn't know the law and may have just copied any old thing into your pages), I will check them for you professionally and diligently. You will receive a full report back detailing any flaws or suggestions for addition or amendment. I will also outline the differences that bad Tcs&Cs can make to your business risk.

And remember - with my services, you are covered by £12million professional indemnity and liability insurance for this work on your case. You should never allow any type of legal work to be done without the person holds extensive professional insurance - this is the difference between the capable, genuine lawyer and the bandits who just want your money. Thats how convinced I am of the service I provide. I hold a doctorate in Law and specialise in Business and Company Law, so you know the experience and knowledge offered is of the highest possible calibre.

PLEASE NOTE: For the sake of clarity, this hourly is simply to review your existing Tcs&Cs and NOT to write you a complete set. Should you require any specific drafting or amendments, this will be payable separately.

What the Seller needs to start the work

I will need to see a written copy of the Tcs&Cs in the form of a word doc or online on your website. These must be written in English. Also note that my report and any suggested amendments will be written in UK English (which is the correct format for the English language).
