My love of words started with lyrics, Nick Cave mainly, and then went quickly onto books. My love of self-development and business improvement grew traction when I quit the corporate world and set up my business.
My Kindle is full, I spend far too much money on Audible, and I must be keeping Paperchase in business with the number of notebooks and journals I buy.
If you need proof of how much I love words, check my Grammarly Premium account which tells me it checks over 100,000 words a week - that's a lot of articles!

As my school reports always said, I'm incredibly conscientious. If my offers are available, it means I can work and can deliver in the specified timeframe.
However, if you order more than five articles in one go, please be aware I may need more time. I do spend a long time on the content I write because of the amount of research I do. If you want a generic article churned out within the hour, I'm afraid I'm not the writer for you!
I am interested in all manner of subjects and really enjoy learning about the topics that are thrown at me by clients. However, my main interests are lifestyle, fitness, health and wellbeing, coaching, personal development and business.
I am also a big MotoGP fan, but sadly no one has asked me to write about this particular topic yet. There is always hope!

I also have a BSc degree as well as Prince2 Practitioner, ACTP and ICF ACC accredited coach, NLP practitioner certificate, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Train the Trainer and NVQs in Coaching, Business and Administration, Lean Methodology and Business and Accounting.
