Xero is a fantastic cloud-based accounting package which enables me to keep your accounts up to date remotely and in real time so you know exactly where you are up to at any time. What I will do is ensure everything is kept up to date to save you time and leave you free to focus on growing your business.
For this hourlie I will complete all of your monthly bookkeeping tasks in Xero such as;
- Raise sales invoices
- Process purchase invoices
- Reconcile bank transactions
- Post any cash expenditure
- Update customer/supplier contacts as required
- Offer advice/answer any questions you may have

What the Seller needs to start the work
First things first, your preferred method of contact so we can discuss exactly how best to tackle it and ensure your requirements are fully met.
If you already use Xero I will need to be invited as a user to be able to access your Xero account, I can guide you through this process if you've never done it before, once that's complete I will need details of any sales and purchases (bills) for the period that require processing. If direct bank feeds are not in place I will also need either copy bank statements or electronic transaction details downloaded from your online account. We will go through more specific business details as/when required in order to maintain consistency for the year.
