Interviewing face to face is a great way to appraise your candidates and gain an understanding of their skills, experience and how they could fit into your business. Asking the right questions will help to draw out the information you need to do this.
I will help you to develop an interview proforma, loaded with questions suited to the role and your business.
Following an initial consultation, either by phone or by email, I will develop a first draft of a proforma for a first interview. The first draft will be delivered to you within 3 days of the initial consultation. From there, you can review and any required changes will be revised within 24 hours of feedback.
Many businesses opt for a two or 3 stage recruitment process which could consist of a telephone interview and 2 face to face interviews. If this is the case for you, I can assist with developing all stages - please mention this during your consultation.
Please be aware that final proof reading and agreement of the proforma is down to you, the client, and I do not accept any responsibility or liability should any employee (or candidate) raise a claim against you the client in relation to the recruitment, selection and interview process.
