I will design a VBA based user-form in Excel with 10 input fields. These can be text input fields, drop-down boxes, checkboxes, radio buttons or list boxes. It will be a data entry system (an Excel Database) with a simple GUI.

When you press the save button, the data would be saved to an Excel tab. You will be able to switch between the fields using the tab key and as soon as you have finished one entry, the form will clear and you can make the next one.

The fields could be restricted for certain types of inputs for instance dates, numbers or specific text length. Moreover, there would be an option to re-call an entry made earlier and modify it easily. The user would not have to go to the data sheet and make changes manually thus, it would be fool-proof and error free.
