Very poor indeed. Initial design was basic. Huge number of basic edits/changes required e.g. spelling, grammar, consistency etc. Missed all deadlines and I had to commission a back-up designer in parallel to recover from missed deadlines once it was clear that we weren't going to get a high quality product on-time. The other designer was exceptional - not a single mistake, great design, no chasing required, turned the design around in less than 1 day etc. Don't understand how this seller can be rated so highly. Had the same issues with a related infographic too.

I don't agree to these points truly. I can explain all the points you mentioned here.

1) You asked for a grey or black and white design. It was little off the track from the beginning.

2) You told huge errors in spelling and grammar??? Who sent the copy to me????? Did you pay me for the grammar corrections?

3) I was absolutely in time. I can't believe that you said this was not in the deadline. You asked me for the 1 day delivery and I completed that. Then you started asking revisions within few minutes which is not practically possible by any designer. I still tried to do so. After the first version, you tried to start adding you plans and tweaks in the design, changed small things in the content. Finally after several revisions it took around 3 days. I think it is obvious for so many long list of changes.

Most importantly, you chased me for the files. I sent you the files and then you denied to pay me full. But from the beginning you never told me that you do not like the design and you need any redesign.

IF YOU DON'T NEED THE DESIGN AND ASKED ANOTHER PERSON TO REDESIGN, THEN WHY DID YOU ASK ME FOR REVISIONS AND CHASED ME FOR THE FILES?? THEN DID NOT PAY ME FULL. REALLY FISHY YOU ARE.
