My work is mainly based up of Residential building from 90 Sq.m to 200 Sq.m. My area of expertise leans towards more of a Modern Minimalism Residential Buildings.
What the Freelancer needs to start the work
For a proper house design or any shorts of my service, I want my buyer provide me with basic 2D plans of a property to work in (Ground Floor Plan is Highly Recomended) or plan in sketch Form is also doable. For 3D modelling and rendering I recommend the buyers to provide me with Reference Images (more the merrier).
