This offer is valid only for projects of up to 2000 sq.ft.
-If your project is greater than 2000 sq. ft., buy additional also correct for the size of your project. Depending on the size of the project, the deadline for delivery increases.

What the Seller needs to start the work
This is really simple. I don't need much info.
To perform this job, i will need.
-Floor plan (with dimensions/measurements) for all the levels.
-Elevations to get accurate positions of windows, doors, roof and others details. You can use one copy of elevations to annotate the materials and colors.
Extra - You can send me pictures of Doors and Windows styles. I can use this on your images. But i will respect the size and position for them on your project.
I accept CAD, DWG, PDF files. PDF must be originally created by CAD programs. You can send me AutoCAD files, Revit, etc. Hand drawings will not be accepted. I can work from hand drawings but you need to contact me before.
Very important: On this Hourly i don't do design, i don't fix your projects, i don't complete your projects. Yes I'm an architect and i can do, but this come with a price. Modifications asking me to change the project won't be accepted. By buying this hourly you agree with this terms.
