What you get with this Offer
I can create a custom and robust userforms and excel databases for data entry and record management with any or all of the following properties/functionalities:
1. Search record from excel database, pull up and populate the userform with the record found.
2. Using userform, add new record to be saved on the next empty row in excel database. This includes viewing and updating the notes which can otherwise be difficult to read when manually checked on Excel cell, especially if the text is quite lengthy already. With textfield in the userform, you can view the record notes easily and efficiently with the help of scrollbar.
3. Using userform, edit, update, or delete existing record from excel database.
4. Multi-tabbed userform so that you can group all functions/buttons in each separate and appropriate tabs to make your userform clean and organized. Multiple Userforms with dependencies between each other can also be created. I can apply complex validation and automation using VBA / Macros.
5. With folder manager macro, open the corresponding folder containing the file with a press of a button on a userform without manually doing it on your computer. This saves you a lot of time especially if you have a lot of folders organized per ID/number (for example, book ID, project ID, etc.)
6. With folder manager macro,add or delete multiple folders with a press of a button on userform.
7. With folder manager macro, move or copy existing folder(s) to a new destination with a press of a button on userform.
8. Highlight the row as you click anywhere in the row (This helps identify your mouse/cursor position if you have an excel sheet with a dark background.
9. Macro buttons anywhere on the excel sheet to launch the userform or remove duplicates from bottom up.
10. Conditional formatting to highlight rows based on status on a column. This helps quickly identify completed, pending, or cancelled projects/records.
Platform/OS: This will be built to be compatible with Excel 2010 and higher for Windows 7 and newer.
