The report is divided into 5 sections:
Section 1: General Insights about your audience and your marketing
We will look at key analytics data that describes who your typical audience is and how they behave on your website. We will compare this against the content of your website and find areas to optimize (for example, matching the tone to your demographics, matching offers to returning visitors).
Section 2: An analysis of your funnel of path to conversion
We will analyze the main flow of people going through your website. This will give us an idea where the bottlenecks are and recommend ways to improve them.
Section 3: In-page Analysis of Key Pages of Your Funnel
Based on the funnel analysis, we will identify crucial pages that needs to be improved. We will look at all available data about the page (heatmaps, in-page analytics, and conversion rates).
Section 4: Testing Roadmap and Calendar
The fourth part of the report is a list of high-impact pages and our key recommendations to improve them.
2. Workshop Discussion of Report
You will get 2 hours of workshop where I will present the report. You get to ask questions and clarify the content of the report.

Once you submitted the website scope and assessment questionnaire to me, it will take me 5 working days to complete the report.
What to expect:
Once you purchase the hourlie, you will need to complete the following:
1. Complete the Website Scope and Assessment Questionnaire (this is a document that I will use to understand your business goals and KPIs and match the report based on your needs. Some of the questions involved are: your PPC campaign data, main offers, discounts).
2. Provide access to your Google Analytics (and other data-collecting software such as heatmaps and clickmaps).
3. Optional: Provide other information such as past survey-results, marketing decks, customer support data.
