What you get with this Hourlie

Once I have established a shared understanding of your business/product's requirements, I can help you to execute your deliverable's through the creation of the following:
- A document containing:
- Clear tasks to be carried out across different workstreams
- Identify key milestones/deliverables for project or new initiative
- Budget tracking (if required)
- Expected timescales for each milestone
- Highlight any key risks in separate sheet if necessary (RAID Log)

- Provide previous knowledge of managing short-term and long term projects and best method approaches to carrying out tasks on time and to quality
- Identify any potential risk that might impact quality or time.
- Discuss any problems you might want to overcome and methods to do this (dependent on scale of the problem)
- Creation of Gantt chart plan in Office/Google Sheets with high-level view on Powerpoint/slides

The *time-frame* for this is based on a few things:

- Establishing an understanding of your requirements and expected timeframes (2 hours)
- Detailing smart and achievable deliverable's for your business objective (4/5 hours)
- Build a timeline of tasks to be carried out by yourself or other team members (7/8 hours)
- High-level and low-level plan to share with your stakeholders (2/3 hours)

Remote working only, although available on all communication channels (phone, IM, slack etc)
