I will create a custom workout program for you which will be based around own personal preferences. These will include:
Time- Time to workout is important. You may only have 30-40 mins to workout during you're lunch break or you may be able to workout 90 mins after work a few days per week etc.
Goal- Fat loss/ Muscle gain/ Aesthetics/ Get huge
Experience level- Have you been into fitness/ lifting weights for a long time are are you completely new to it? etc
Workout Preference- Would you prefer fullbody workouts/ Upper Lower workouts etc.
