What you get with this Offer
Every ISP / domain registrar is happy to SELL you Email services: but you don't actually need to pay - you ALREADY HAVE settings on your domain account which I can adjust to give you FREE email storage with a major storage provider. This then operates with your own email addresses (yourname@yournewdomain.co.uk or info@yournewdomain.co.uk or whatever you choose). AND - once set up, your mail will be accessible from any and all of:
1) Webmail (visible / manageable from a browser)
2) Any reliable desktop Email client (I recommend and can install Thunderbird for you - a powerful desktop client)
3) Any good Email App on your mobile phone or Tablet (I recommend SolMail on Android)
The desktop client will also make it easy for you to back up any or all of your email locally, should you wish to.
PLEASE NOTE - THE PRICE QUOTED Includes specifically the following works:
a. Initial discussion with you to see precisely what you need (number of email accounts, names@ etc) & for me to seek your approval to proceed
b. Configuration of your domain** for up to 3 email addresses on one domain ( e.g. one@newco.com plus two@ three@ for example )
c. Configuration of 12GB free Cloud email storage space for EACH email account
d. Configuration of one desktop client (Thunderbird) on a Windows or Linux PC** (Mac by arrangement) to access the mails
e. Provision of email settings and instruction for Mobile email configuration (assuming SolMail for Android or similar on iPhone)
** NOTES:
1. We will make use of certain standard technical features that your domain registrar should provide. In the rare case that your registrar does not provide these standard functions, I will be able to advise you this at the start of the process.

What the Freelancer needs to start the work
I need
a. Your contact details
b. A telephone discussion with you to understand exactly what you want & to clarify what I recommend;
c. Details of your new domain, the name of the registrar (not neccessarily the host) where you registered (purchased) the domain;
d. Login credentials at the domain management panel, so as to adjust settings
e. Remote access to a PC where you want setup of the Desktop mail client - I recommend the Teamviewer remote access tool for this (easy to use - i can explain this when we discuss, if you've not used it before) -- this tool also allows me to demonstrate the working email to you, once set up.
f. Agreeing suitable time(s) for me to remote access your PC and complete the desktop client setup.
