What you get with this Hourlie

As a business consulting company, we offer a complete market research. However, we have several clients that expressed focused interest only in understanding their competitors. Therefore, we made this hourly to address this need - companies that need business intelligence on their competition.

A paragraph about me:
Formally, I have Bachelor in Economics, MSc on Entrepreneurship and ExMBA on Management. I have 2 start-ups (a Marketing agency and Business Consulting company) and helped 50+ Entrepreneurs and Start-ups to get their business up and running. I have a team of 30+ business analysts - all in-house, full-time employees.

Some key questions that we will try to answer:
1. Who are your direct competitors? Companies that offer the same product to the same market
2. Who are your indirect competitors? Companies that satisfy the same need as you - it doesn't need to be the same product/service, but it is an alternative to your market
3. What can we learn from non-competing companies around the world (Benchmarking)? Are there any companies around the world that have the same product/service than you, but are far away? What can we learn from them - features, marketing tactics, pricing strategies?

We can agree on what information you need for each competitor. We have experience in finding:
1. Basic contact info - we can look into their web, phone, address, number of locations, headquarter, number of employees, etc
2. Social Media - how many followers, likes, shares, frequency of posts they have
3. Supply-side - any info on who is their supplier, where they get their goods from
4. Market side - who are they targeting, marketing effort they make
5. Financial - If there are any available information on their annual revenues/costs, any investments made, or received funding
6. News available - whether they are recruiting, looking for new location, expanding, shrinking, planning to introduce new products, etc

This depends on the industry, and type of product/service you are selling, but we can map your competition in order to understand how you can adjust your marketing or pricing strategy.
