In order to get started, I would need a clear brief from the client outlining exactly what they are looking for, 24 hours prior to calling.

A telemarketing script or guide outlining the approach you wish the me to take which includes objection handling. I am happy to make my own script up, but I will need company marketing information, unique selling points and key services offered, details of your website and marketing literature.

Diary Availability – list of dates or access to online diary.

Once the buyer is happy that I understand the brief then will I commence calling. If you have a list of potential clients, I will be happy to work with that or I can produce a list using local directories or my own data.
