What you get with this Hourlie

This Calendar pop out is useful for people who collecting data from 3rd parties, where date is required to be filled in by 3rd party in an excel form or template.

I can build a calendar pop up using excel VBA in the existing form/template. Here are benefits of having calendar pop out:
1. Allow user to select a date from pop out calendar by clicking at "calendar" button.
2. Resolve the problem of different date format, like 31/03/2016, 31/3/16, 31.3.2016 or 31.03.16, etc.
3. Resolve the confusing date format, like 03/02/2016 is 3 February or 2 March 2016.
4. Once 2 and 3 above resolved, reports like aging, analysis can be generated.
5. Give accuracy of calculation using formulas to calculate days, expiry date from a given date, etc.

All you will see is a button "Calendar" built in spreadsheet (or spreadsheets), select the cell you wish to input date, then click at the calendar button, a calendar will pop out (see attachment), then select the date you need to input, the date will be filled in the cell with format dd/mm/yyyy.

With the date format standardized, aging can be built as required. Aging bucket table need to be pre-built as master, example, 0-3 months, 4-6 months, etc. A separate spreadsheet will be built for aging report, the aging report will extract value from input. All built with excel formulas, is an automated report.

Conditional formatting is where auto formatting is required. Example, if a date is selected, which is after a given date, the cell will automatically highlighted with red.
