Separate breakdown of payroll and other expenses including fixed assets and depreciation calculation. Standard investor colour coding to help traceability. All assumptions separately listed and modifiable. Ratios showing analysis of return on investment, graphs of revenue/profit(loss), cashflow and break-even analysis. Price includes up to 3 consultations as required over Skype/telephone, at start, after revenue build is complete and at end. Invoice raised for 50% at start and 50% of posting of final model. Price includes 2 free sets of changes within 2 weeks after final model is sent assuming no new data. Confidential service and will sign NDA as required. What the Seller needs to start the work
A one on one discussion through PPH workroom or Skype (or meet in London) to start to download all information to include: description of business; type of company; financial year end date; list of expense items with forecasts for 5 years; list of staff and staff costs; marketing assumptions; revenue drivers and metrics/assumptions on how the revenue grows for 5 years; any actuals to be entered. Further information may be required as the model is built which will be requested through the workroom or further calls. Modelling will include secondary research where required to supplement assumptions.
