What you get with this Offer
My name's Dave and I'm a Moodle expert. I have been working with Moodle for over 15 years and have developed a rich understanding of it. I have a Masters Degree in Technology enhanced Learning the specialisation of which was developing the pedagogy in using Moodle. I am a regular contributor to the Moodle.org forums and have been awarded the "Particularly helpful Moodler" badge for this year, and the previous four.
I've set up and used every version of Moodle from 1.1 in 2005, to the latest version 3.9. I've developed a number of Moodle sites screenshots of which you will see attached and more in my portfolio. All these are developed to the client's specification and all are handcrafted from scratch. I've also developed courses for a large number of clients.
In terms of interactive material I use Adobe Captivate for developing the interactive content for the courses where this kind of product is required. I'm British so any voice overs I do will have a Northern British male accent but if you wanted other voices I can incorporate any media files you send. There are, of course, H5P facilities and other interactions built into Moodle which I would recommend where appropriate.
I work remotely but happy to visit to do onsite training if needed (£300 per day plus travel expenses and accommodation where necessary).
I charge £40 per hour and charge by the second – I run a desktop timer and provide fully itemises invoices at the end of the month.

What the Freelancer needs to start the work
I will need administrative priviliged access to your Moodle site. In addition if you want any blocks or themes developing I will need FTP upload access.
