I can enter up to one years worth of receipts and invoices for companies or sole traders into Excel and from this I can produce pivot tables and pivot charts to highlight income and expenditure month by month. I can also reconcile bank statements at the same time. You will end up with a spreadsheet with 4 tabs - income, expenses, pivot table/chart and reconciliation.

What the Freelancer needs to start the work
I would require all receipts and invoices posting to my office in Lincolnshire (along with bank statements if a bank reconciliation is required). These would be returned the following working day by first class post or courier. I am AAT qualified and a Microsoft Certified Trainer.
