The Commercial Law Partners LLP draft a wide range of Employment Contracts. Employers should use this employment contract when they wish to take on an employee. You must state whether it is an open ended contract or a for a fixed term and the period which ends when either a specified date is reached, when a specified event has occurred or when a specified task has been completed.

The agreement must be provided to the employee within two months of their start date. The agreement deals with the job description and other related matters such as holiday entitlement, salary, sickness, inventions, disciplinary procedures and confidentiality.

c. Payment dates (week, fortnight, monthly).
