What you get with this Hourlie

Hi

Thank you for considering my hourlie! I hope that my service meets the requirements of your need!

I have had formal training in Revit and I have previously successfully completed a feature staircase for a private prestige client.

I am able to design a feature staircase to the requirements which you set forth. This includes the plan, rendered 3D view from special angles and a 3D model of the staircase, fully rendered with the materials you request. This can be presented to you as .pdf, .jpeg, as well as the Revit model of the staircase.

All I need is any specific size staircase you would like, the floor to floor height of the space I am working with and a list of the materials you would like to be used for your staircase.
PLEASE NOTE: Should you have a floor plan of where the staircase will be used in, this would be very helpful to send to me as well. Preferably in and AutoCAD or PDF (with dimensions) format.

Please bare in mind that the amount of time taken to complete the job may differ according to complexity of the staircase.

My service includes the following:
-Plan of the staircase (PDF / JPEG)
-3D Renders of the Staicase at special angles ( 3 max, more upon request) (PDF / JPEG)
-Fully rendered 3D model of the staircase (in Revit format)

For an extra fee I am able to present you with drawings (sections and elevations) fully equipped with dimensions and annotations, ready to submit to a quantity surveyor or engineer. (PDF / JPEG)

Please contact me before buying so that we can discuss how to go about the requirements of the product.
