Athens, GRSometimes low prices and quick delivery have very bad results! I have chosen Marina to translate a document for me, considering her low prices in combination with her excellent feedback! The timeline was very strict, but it was something agreed from the very first moment. I also explained to her that I have spent whole my budget paying for a professional translation and that, as a translator too, I would have a look at the text after the work was done. Marina delivered the work in a super fast pace, two days before the agreed date and without being pressed to do so. The result of the translation was lower than medium. She didn’t really help me, as after the first paragraphs of the text, there were too many errors (concerning grammar, syntax, spelling or even the choice of some words) in each of the following paragraphs. Some parts of the text were good and the rest ones reminded me of not human or very “Greek” translation, without any attempt of localisation of the text. As a consequence, not only did I spend whole my budget, but also I now have to proofread the document and correct all her errors, as her translation proved to be not at all trustworthy. My fault was that I trusted the comments of the other clients and I paid her immediately after the delivery of the translation, without checking it. We agreed she would help me in case I had any questions, but when I sent her half of the text proofread by me, it took hours to answer back and admit that she just agreed with most of my corrections. She didn’t even apologise for the surprising number of her errors and she didn’t offer to amend the text–I wonder if she checked it even once before delivering! I will never use Marina as a translator again.

This buyer is a fellow translator who has left purposefully bad feedback to ruin my perfect ratings. She has demanded high-quality work at a medium to low budget and the mistakes she has pointed out weren't really mistakes. I'm forwarding this to PPH.
