I am very distressed by this personal attack. This gentleman has never, ever seen me at all - how dare he insinuate things about my looks or my nature. I won an Award for Customer Service (presented by HRH Prince Charles) for being 150% 'present at all times' for my clients. I work long and hard for them and my clients are based here in the UK and abroad. I have come across a few very strange people on PPH. Thank heavens they are not the norm - as the clients I work with are absolutely lovely and genuine. It goes to show that one should not give too much free time and ideas to perspective clients, as they take this the wrong way and presume that one is always going to give advice freely. I always do what I say and I think he is referring to our almost meeting up, but this was always proposed by him to be at the oddest and most inconvenient of times. He even suggested meeting for breakfast at his home. I am an utmost professional and his talking of this sort of thing made me very wary indeed. I wish him well with life and remind him that the unkind, hurtful and very personal claims he has made against me are perhaps a reflection of his own personality, for they are certainly not mine.

Tania has done a great work for me and I thank her for that. Her patience and professionalism was amazing. I would love to work with Tania again! 10/10!
