Streatham, GBThe CV Morwenna wrote for me is nicely laid out, but it's really obvious that she was rushing it as it's quite sloppy in places. Lots of things get duplicated in different bullet points for the same role. Even my first name and last name were merged together but with one half in bold. What a horrible start to a CV!! She didn't use any systematic approach to build up the CV and Linkedin profile. All she did was ask me to write a few paragraphs about my most recent roles. In the Linkedin profile she's paraphrased what I wrote in a sloppy way which at times doesn't make sense. When she applied for the job, she said she had lots of experience with IT recruitment, but I'm really not seeing it here. I offered up to £200 to get someone who'd do things properly. I expected much better from Morwenna. I'm now tidying everything up myself as I don't see much point getting her to do it. I wouldn't use Morwenna again.

Hi Nick - I'm really sorry to hear your feedback, and slightly disappointed you didn't raise it with me, particularly given this is over 2 months ago the work was completed - I would have made any changes for you if you had requested. I most certainly did not rush this CV or any CV I work on, the name at the top of the CV is by design to have the surname in bold so that was not an error. I asked for more information, metrics and achievements and then worked with what you provided me - if you wanted anything changing you only had to ask. All the best
