Bexley, GBNot a pleasure to work with. Delivered nothing. Then requested payment for too many hours - after having been specifically asked not to do the hours, because I had someone ready to fix it. Would have preferred a simple “Can’t do it, sorry.”
Ultimately another translator went in and sorted it in a quarter of the time.
3 stars to Yoshiko for effort. 1 star for Michael’s unrelenting bad attitude and long-winded excuses.Michael & Yoshiko ..
The truth is that we did deliver work that the customer (Stuart Hollands) accepted and used – a fact that he conveniently omits here. The claim that we were not "specifically asked not to do the hours" is also not true – as the workstream shows. When we do work, we expect to be paid. The fact that Mr Hollands considers that a "bad attitude" tells you all you need to know about him. The problems with this project arose mainly from his incompetence and poor communication.

Auckland, NZI have been using PPH for translations for a few years and I have to say that working with Michael and Yoshiko was by far the easiest and smoothest experience. Not once did I feel that their work was less than perfect.
