I requested for remove video background and send me back with transparent background within same resolution. He used free online tool and send me poor quality gif instead of transparent video. When I requested transparent bg video again, he sent me poor quality of video with white background. Sent me invoice again and again instead of my satisfaction.
Waste of time and money. Totally unsatisfied!

rediculous.i send you both MOV and GIF file. you should understand the task.i tell you again the output depends on your video. it's not possible to produce your resolution.I almost use all the soft but they show this result I attached a screenshot. after removing the background when I produce in 1920 x 1080 then show an error. even show adobe premiere pro. it's not possible because camera position issue. the work is 100% but the output depends on your video.i don't understand why you tell a lie.never work for her.
