London, GBKristi was fantastic to work with. She was given a big project and a very strict and very narrow deadline and absolutely smashed it out, while also delivering exactly what we asked for. Communication was so easy- she was always quick to respond via email or PPH message or pick up the phone- this really helped! Cant wait to work with her again!

Michelle, this was the best project yet! Can't wait for next time!

Derby, GBWhile Kristi was lovely to speak with, I don't think she took the time to think about the inconvenient time we also had to spend working with her to get things done. My advice will be to always prioritise your customers interest first and don't think too much about your own interest.

I appreciate the feedback but I don't believe it's accurate. A clear brief was never provided at the onset by the client. They wanted 200w blog posts with an introduction and conclusion, in addition to a write up of anywhere between 7-9 products... impossible! After a few phone calls it was clear the project was not going to work even after my many recommendations to either increase word count or reduce the number of items they wanted blogging on. I continued to receive requests for 200w blog posts and inclusion of 7 items plus an intro and conclusion. There were constant changes to this inadequate brief, including imagery changes and even blogs that were submitted they requested changes, sometimes even 3x over, which violates PPH T&Cs. Although they are pleasant women to speak to, I did not find that they were organised on their end, nor understand what professional content writing is all about. Rather than posting three different jobs on PPH and choosing writers at random, they need to properly vet the writer and ensure they have the experience for the type of writing they are looking for. To spend a total of four days on five, 200w blog posts is just ludicrous and a complete waste of anyone's time.
