Our team sat together to review the work and found at least 3 mistakes. Generally, reading the work it feels that Karen gave no more than half an hour of her time to edit the text and didn't even read it again. She even left a note within the text saying that from our text it wasn't clear what was meant. Which is sad, because I thought it was her job to make sure it sounds super clear. Besides, if she had any questions about the text or wasn't sure what was meant by it, shouldn't she just asked us? No questions from her whatsoever.

I raised a couple of questions within the text when I sent it back to you - and informed you that I had done that. I told you that these comments were inserted in a clear way to make them obvious. You chose not to come back to me for any additional work / clarification, in spite of the fact that I had allowed plenty of time within a tight deadline for that to happen.
