Berlin, DEFirst job was ok, second was really bad, my husband realised that it was sort of automotised translación, with terms you dont use in German language in our professional field. I though that hering a European translator I will avoid that kind of stuff and also that communication will be faster and easier but not with Danielle. It has been a great disappointment to check that she was not open to receive any critic and did not even want to talk to us directly, really shame!

Completely false reflection of what happened. Apparently her husband wasn't able to convey the problem through writing which is much more convenient than via phone (her suggestion). I offered to do a revision if there was any mistake, which I never found out because the client just refused.
Communication was also extremely unprofessional.
