Disappointed to receive my first ever 3-star rating given that I covered all ten of the points that the client requested and provided them above the word count that they had paid for. The client stated that they were happy with the content, which makes this 3-star feedback harder to understand! This was a guide based on what questions to ask your wedding venue before booking a live band. The client also expressed to me that they expected more detail, which again was not something that was possible given what they had paid for. The client also didn't give me the opportunity to make any amendments either. Thought it was only fair to put my point across as I am a reputable freelancer on the platform with an excellent rating, so this is something I am not used to.
