It is disappointing to receive the 4-star review but I believe the work warranted a 5-star review. I stuck to the brief but felt that the client made things difficult by not understanding what they actually needed. I submitted a first draft and it was sent back because they needed specific information added in. I added in the information and re-submitted it only for them to send it back with the additional information that I had added completely removed. Their reason was that they had actually decided that they did not want it. So, this "moving of the goalposts" made this task a challenge but it was clear that they were unsure of what they actually wanted and I don't think I should be penalised for that.
